Teacher of Media and Photography - Hasmonean High School

We are looking to appoint an excellent teacher of Media & Photography who would like to work with and contribute to the development of highly motivated students.  Applicants must have excellent subject knowledge and will be expected to teach across the full age and ability range.  Applicants will need to bring a portfolio of work they have done with pupils they have taught.

First class academic results, broad extra-curricular programme and an ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted report.

At Hasmonean High School this comes as standard.

However, if we only offered excellent academic results, a broad extra-curricular programme and an ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted report, we would feel that we had failed as a school.

We believe in giving our students the tools they need to build their future.

“The school is one of the best schools in the country at outperforming expectations for their pupils and improving their future prospects. There is plenty that other schools could learn from Hasmonean High School’s success.” (Sue Williamson, Chief Executive of SSAT)

Come and join our culturally diverse and friendly staff at Hasmonean.  We are an outstanding school with students who engage in their learning and enjoy being intellectually challenged.  We require all our staff to contribute toward the ethos of our Jewish school however we are delighted to consider applications from candidates of all faith backgrounds.

Hasmonean High School offers childcare facilities for all staff at our onsite nursery.

To request an Application Form, and information pack including a job description and person specification, please visit our website or contact a.oconnor@hasmonean.co.uk

The appointment is subject to an enhanced DBS clearance. The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
