PaJeS works with Headteachers to provide support and guidance on a wide range of issues.

We hold an annual residential seminar where Heads from both primary and secondary schools attend and stay overnight, as well as an annual day conference. We also facilitate regular discussion groups of Heads who support one another and share their experiences in a confidential space.
